Mosquito Lagoon Fish Camp offers two units — a 2-bed/1-bath with four full-size beds, and an efficiency with two full-size beds. Both are clean, comfortable, and functional, with full kitchens and direct waterfront views.

Amenities

Guests are provided with linens, towels, and cookware, and both units feature cable TV and wireless high-speed internet.  Use of our private dock is included in your stay in either unit. You also have a covered waterfront porch with bar stools  to enjoy the view and ocean breezes. For anglers, we offer rod racks, a fish cleaning table, fresh water at the dock, and extension cords and exterior outlets for charging trolling motor batteries. We utilize a professional pest control service for guest peace of mind and relaxation.

We also offer a pair of high-end Native Watercraft fishing kayaks, as well as several other kayaks, including a tandem, for recreational paddling and wildlife watching. 


2/1 Unit

Our larger unit features two comfortable bedrooms, each with two full-size beds, a living room with ample seating, a full kitchen, and a dining area with large table. The rate is $150/night for 1 - 2 people or $200/night for 3 - 4 people.


Efficiency Unit

Our smaller unit has two full-size beds, a living area, a full kitchen, and a dining area for just $100/night.


Policies, Please Read

Reservations require a 50% deposit. The balance owed will be collected one week prior to your arrival. Payment will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation with less than one week’s notice. Reservations made within one week are non-refundable. Deposits will be refunded if cancelled with more than one week’s notice. Deposits for reservations cancelled due to severe weather or small craft advisories may be applied towards a future reservation within one calendar year. Rates are for the number of adults prescribed per room, and subject to a 12.5% tax. Weekly discounts are available. A two-night minimum stay is required when booking a Friday or Saturday night.

We prefer not to charge a cleaning fee and ask that guests place all trash in the trash cans provided in the unit. Please empty trash and recycling into the outside containers prior to leaving. Please place all used towels on the floor in the bathroom. Please wash all kitchen items used during your stay. These steps should avoid the need to charge a minimum $50 cleaning fee. 

Check in time is 3.00 pm and check out time is 12.00 noon. Please be sure to check out on time so we can thoroughly clean and prepare the unit for the next guests. 


Pets

Your well-behaved pet is welcome! All pets must be non-barkers and on a leash at all times when outside. Please do not bring your pet if you and your pet can't meet these requirements. We also ask that you pick up after your pet. Doggy bags are located under the kitchen sinks. Pet owners are totally responsible for their pet's actions and for damage caused by their pets. There is a $25 surcharge per pet.
