Clean, Comfortable Accommodations with Private Docking

Mosquito Lagoon Fish Camp offers two waterfront units — a 2-bed/1-bath with four full-size beds and an efficiency/studio with two full-size beds. Both units have expansive views of the lagoon, fully equipped kitchens, and French doors that open directly to your covered waterfront deck and dock. In the event both units at the camp are booked for your dates, we also offer "overflow" lodging in a 500-square-foot studio that's not on the water but includes unlimited use of the fish camp's launch ramp, overnight docking, and trailer parking.


Boating and Fishing Amenities

With our private, protected docks and on-site ramp, you can launch your boat when you arrive and keep it in the water for your entire stay. The following amenities are all included at no additional charge:

  • On-site ramp suitable for skiffs and flats boats
  • Plenty of space for trailer parking in fenced yard
  • Exterior outlets and extension cords for charging trolling motor batteries
  • Fresh water at dock for flushing engines
  • Fish cleaning table with fresh water hose
  • Two Native Watercraft fishing kayaks plus several others including a tandem
  • Inside and outside rod storage racks

Lodging Amenities

Both of our clean, comfortable units include:

"Redfish" 2/1 Unit

Our larger unit features two comfortable bedrooms, each with two full-size beds, a living room with ample seating, a full kitchen, and a dining area with large table. For two guests the nightly rate is $175 plus a $2 nightly booking fee and 12.5% tax, We charge $25 per pet per visit. For three guests the nightly rate is $220 plus fee and taxes and for four guests the rate is $265 plus fee and taxes.

 
Been here twice and going back last week in February. Can’t wait. Having grown up in Florida, this is a fish camp. Relaxing, quiet, clean.

"Sea Trout" Efficiency Unit

Our smaller unit has two full-size beds, a living area, a full kitchen and a dining area. The nightly rate is $130 plus a $2 nightly booking fee and 12.5% tax.

 
Great location, comfortable room and a reasonable price. Brian was very friendly and gave excellent advice on local fishing techniques and spots. Took my 8 yr old son for a weekend fishing trip and he had a blast catching a variety of fish and spotting the local wildlife.

"Salty Pelican" Overflow Lodging

In the event both units at the camp are booked for your desired dates, we can offer "overflow" lodging in our Salty Pelican studio. This 500-square-foot, air-conditioned unit is not on the water but includes unlimited use of the fish camp's launch ramp, overnight docking, and trailer parking. The studio is suitable for two guests and features queen bed, sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, well-equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, private entrance, and outdoor seating area.
