A Classic Florida Fish Camp at the Lagoon's North End
Mosquito Lagoon Fish Camp offers two waterfront, air conditioned units — a 2-bed/1-bath with four full-size beds, and an efficiency/studio with two full-size beds. Both cabins feature French doors which open to your covered, waterfront deck and dock. The water is just 10 feet away. The docks are right in front of the cabins so you can launch your boat at our on-site ramp when you arrive and keep it in the water during your entire stay. There is plenty of space to park your trailer and vehicle in the fenced yard. The cabins are clean, comfortable with full kitchens and direct waterfront views.
Guests are provided with linens, towels, and cookware, and both units feature air conditioning, satellite TV and wireless internet. Use of our private ramp and docks is included in your stay in either unit. You also have a covered waterfront porch with bar stools to enjoy the view and ocean breezes. For anglers, we offer rod racks, a fish cleaning table, fresh water at the dock, and extension cords and exterior outlets for charging trolling motor batteries. We also offer a pair of complimentary high-end Native Watercraft fishing kayaks, as well as several other kayaks, including a tandem, for recreational paddling and wildlife watching.
Our larger unit features two comfortable bedrooms, each with two full-size beds, a living room with ample seating, a full kitchen, and a dining area with large table. For two guests the nightly rate is $175 plus a $2 nightly booking fee and 12.5% tax, We charge $25 per pet per visit. For three guests the nightly rate is $220 plus fee and taxes and for four guests the rate is $265 plus fee and taxes.
Our smaller unit has two full-size beds, a living area, a full kitchen and a dining area . The nightly rate is $130 plus a $2 nightly booking fee and 12.5% tax.
Policies and Deposits
Reservations require a 50% deposit. The balance owed will be collected one week prior to your arrival. Payment will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation with less than one week’s notice. Reservations made within one week are non-refundable. Deposits will be refunded if cancelled with more than one week’s notice. Rates are for the number of adults prescribed per room, and subject to a 12.5% tax. Weekly discounts may be available at certain times during the year. A two-night minimum stay is required when booking a Friday or Saturday night.
We prefer not to charge a cleaning fee and ask that guests place all trash in the trash cans provided in the unit. Please empty trash and recycling into the outside containers prior to leaving. Please place all used towels on the floor in the bathroom. Please wash all kitchen items used during your stay. These steps should avoid the need to charge a $50 cleaning fee.
Check in time is 3.00 pm and check out time is 12.00 noon. Please be sure to check out on time so we can thoroughly clean and prepare the unit for the next guests.
Your well-behaved pet is welcome! All pets must be non-barkers and on a leash at all times when outside. Please do not bring your pet if you and your pet can't meet these requirements. We also ask that you pick up after your pet. Doggy bags are located under the kitchen sinks. Pet owners are totally responsible for their pet's actions and for damage caused by their pets. There is a $25 surcharge per pet.
