Policies

DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION POLICY — Room reservations require a 50% deposit. The balance owed will be collected TWO weeks prior to your arrival. Payment will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation with less than two week's notice. Reservations made within two weeks are non-refundable. Deposits will be refunded if cancelled with more than two week’s notice.

RATE DETAILS AND MINIMUM STAYS — Rates are for the number of adults prescribed per room and subject to a 12.5% tax. Weekly discounts may be available at certain times during the year. A two-night minimum stay is required when booking.

CLEANING — Cleaning fee is added per stay in the fish camp, RV and homes. Please empty trash and recycling into the outside containers prior to leaving. Please place all used towels on the floor in the bathroom. Please wash all kitchen items used during your stay. If there is damage to the cabins or lodging we will notify you after checkout with the items that need replacing and a damage fee will apply.

PETS — Well-behaved pets are welcome with a non-refundable $100.00 cleaning fee per pet. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside, and owners must clean up after their pets.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT — Check in time is 3 p.m., and check out time is 12 noon. Please be sure to check out on time so we can thoroughly clean and prepare the unit for the next guests.
